The Tres Hombre Ranch Exotic Hunt sponsored by Don and Amy Hohensee was held the the second weekend of January. The trip begins with a flight from Houma, LA in a private jet to Rocksprings, TX. Besides Don and yAmy there are a crew of people who work hard to put this event together. Bart and Annette Robichaux, Corey Hughes, Aaron Keng, Shawn Holden, Hugh Doyal, Dale Hill, Don and Meagan Vedros, Sam and Kristine Longbothham help with the cooking, bartending, guiding the hunts, dressing the animals and providing an atmosphere of camaraderie and entertainment, including games of corn hole. The veterans that get invited to the Tres Hombre Ranch experience a once in a lifetime trip that is truly amazing. They are wined and dined while being treated to hunting extraordinary exotic animals. All this while staying in the loveliest of accommodations.
