Vice Chairman Marty Dear and six other veterans attended the Lavaca-Navidad Dear Hunt in Jackson County, Texas from November 9th to the 12th. The event was sponsored by The Lavaca-Navidad River Authority.
All six veterans were successful in harvesting a buck and a doe each.
As usual, LNRA went above and beyond with their accommodations, hospitality and friendship. No doubt lifelong friendships were made.
Special thanks to Mr. Patrick Brzozowski, Mr. Doug Anders, Mr. James Terry, Mr. Zachary Whittenburt, Mrs. Karen Gregory and all of the guides and support personnel who helped put on this professional event.
Our Veterans and all other Veterans were treated to a spectacular Veterans Day supper and special recognition during the Jackson County Veterans Day Ceremony. There were very few dry eyes in the building!
